You can tell this company (who actually manufactures the bunk bed, not sure who that is) cares about quality. All solid wood. Double boxed and well packaged. A ton of parts but they were all clearly marked and the instructions were error free with a balance of information but not too much as to make it cumbersome. Not cheap but one of those purchases that makes you happy to support a good company.

I don't know how some people are putting this together in 3hours. I've been at it for 10hours and still am in the process of assembling the staircase. The directions are fairly simple and the packaging was great! 3 big boxes, but everything was labeled and well wrapped. It's a surprise for my kids so I can't wait to finish. It may have been faster with another pajr of hands. I'm just looking forward to the finished product.

I bought this bed for my daughter. It is beautiful and came without any damage from shipping. The bed is quite imposing so make sure you measure before you purchase. The storage in the stairs is great but could pull out a tad bit smoother.

Beautiful and sturdy. Great to have the trundle for sick nights or sleepovers. Daughter loves it.

Missing pieces. The space between both beds is extremely small. The bunk bed is beautiful but is not for adults or kids. Maybe you can use this bed with a simple mattress (4 inches) but not with a good mattress. I am continuing waiting for the missing pieces, I paid for something ensemble it and the bunk bed continues without using, adding I need to make changes to can uses. Other important thing is you can not communicate con Walmart only with the business which is uncomfortable because they delay to answer

The good: The bed was easy, and intuitive to assemble. The beds look very nice and is identical to what is pictured. The beds can also be set up separately in case your kids are still too small to have the higher bunk set up yet. Finally Quality Bunk Beds, our vendor, was quick to answer our questions and the product was received in great Condition. The Bad: The weight limit might be a deal breaker (175 top, 200 bottom). This means any story time cannot be held in bed, because I'm sure most parents and child will pass that weight threshold. It evens begs the question how long these beds will be good for and/or safe for, especially for sleepovers. Finally when the beds are stacked the only thing that keeps them in place on top of each other is 4 1/2 inch wooden dowels. I would like to have seen a couple external braces of some sort. Never less they seem sturdy and look great. I just wish the weight limit and external braces were present for the bunking feature. Update: I put together the stairway this weekend, because I used the beds separately until I could trust my kids not to fall off the top bunk. The stairs seem sturdy and I really like the drawers, very deep and have a lot of space to them. On a very disappointing note: One of my drawers came split and I had to contact BedzKing to get a replacement. They quoted me a price for the "part and shipping." I asked if I could get the drawer free since that is the way it came, and they offered to send me for the price of "shipping only." I was glad, because I was out of the warranty period, thought they were still standing behind their product. Well the "shipping price" was the same exact price as the "part and shipping price." I'm out of warranty, but but do not offer me something and them just come back with the original quote and call it all shipping. Talked to a couple different people and they sent me a screen shot of a custom shipping quote, makes me question if the company is reputable.
