Best Way to Get Your Daily Fiber
I have had uses with gas and irregularities. This helps with both issues and it keeps me feeling full and I'm eating less. It tastes great, although you have to drink it right away. Don't let it sit as it gets thicker. I uses the 8 oz of water and sometimes a little more. I started with one packet a day and gradually up to ,two a day. I don't always use two, but I do believe it's helping me lose weight, keeping Gas away and helping with regular bowel movements. Highly recommend.

I WAS RIPPED OFF VIA WALMART AND SBS AMERICA
i ordered on 29NOV23 and still haven't gotten my product and i have emailed the company through WALMART 3 times and still haven't heard back....all i want is my item that was paid for and NOT DELIVERED to me and WALMART can't provide me w/any tracking info either.....
