Great Supplement to Promote Health
I listened to an article on how bee propolis strengthens teeth and gums. At night, after brushing my teeth, I put one dropper full into a shot of water. I swish the mixture around my mouth for 2 minutes, then swallow. The mixture can soothe coughs and sore throats. I also give this to my two dogs everyday. I mix it in their food. They love the taste. I have noticed a decrease in ear issues, including yeast buildup. I've noticed a decrease in itching as well.

Must Have for every household
This is a good product to keep in the fridge for days when you feel a bit under the weather. A few drops and your back to normal if not better than before. Will do until I have a bee hive setup.
