Beef Carne Picada, Tray, Fresh, 1.48 - 2.48 lb

Without any exaggeration this was about 50% fat. Not a fine marbling but thick slabs of fat. I ordered this though Walmart pickup so it was chosen for me so it picking it out yourself may help but I absolutely do not recommend ordering this for pickup.

Taste good but there was bones in it.

I've purchased this item many times, despite it only saying once, and the meat was lovely, but this time it was just so gross. I tried to salvage what I could since I am currently unable to drive and thus no refund, but it wasn't edible and if I won't eat it I can't give it to my dogs to eat either. I'm rethinking this membership there's got to be better ways to throw good money away than on cow fat wiyh a lil pieces of beef attached. I thought they train their butchers. If so, this was a bad reflection of how well.

This meat has much more fat than meat. And the little that can be seen that is meat also has fat. I feel disappointed and offended by the product that WM gave me. I paid for meat not for fat, but the opposite happened.

The meet looks weird and the label is not the same on the meat that is paler both have a different label and on the meats that are more red normal color those have the normal label but why are they different labels and why do the meats look different for the ones with the different labels. This should be looked into a lot further than just this order all 4 of these were bought at the same time on the same order.the ones with the different labels have a more dull or pale color

Meat is brown on the edges where it looks like it is spoiled/bad

the packing was open and damaged

I tried this as a substitute for Old Neighborhood shaved beef (which is awesome and for some reason, WalMart stopped selling). Bad move. The meat is not very 'tasty'. I don't know how else to put it. There are hard lumps of white stuff. I'm unsure if it's bone, fat or gristle. But, I had to pick it out. It was about 1/5 off the package. I thought that maybe it was just a fluke. I tried this product 2 more times. Well, 3 strikes and you are out. I will never buy this product again. Hey, WalMart! Please, bring back Old Neighborhood shaved beef. Us cheesesteak lovers miss it!

Trimmings. Every piece had white membrane/sinew attatched. Tough Garbage, even aftertenderizing and marinade. Would not even have made good Ground Beef. Overall .... YIKES! Will not be buying this again. Maby try Stew Meat.
