Beef Choice Angus New York Strip Steak Thin, 0.54 - 1.2 lb Tray

I cooked these in my frying pan, they were perfect, the key is ,med to high heat , mire towards medium, after salt and pepper, cook 4 min on one side, turn it over. Cook 3 minutes, then add 1 tablespoon butter, cook each side 30 seconds more, the butter holds the juices inside, put it in a plate covered , let it rest 5 min before cutting….yummt!!!!

The steak was great, I mean great.The secrets was the Marinade that a friend told me about. I have rarely ever cooked steak, it always came out either dry or tough, but this was just right. My med rare was just right and I cooked it on an indoor tabletop grill. Would you believe? BU TTERMILK My grandmother could probably told about this but she is not with us anymore.

i would of pick better seletion more even portions instead of three steaks looks like one big pile of meat win im at the store i find the ones that look like the picture for some reason your pickers cant thats twice ive got what dont look like the pictures and there not as good

Hard chewy very thin steak doesn’t taste good almost impossible to cook. It’s so thin very tough. There is no fat. It’s just Cartlidge hard Cartlidge fat not a nice soft marble fat the worst steak I’ve ever ate in my entire life two very thin pieces and I paid $20 to eat steak that taste like garbage

The steaks I ordered were $14.25 not $30.32. They brought me the wrong pack which is more expensive instead of what I ordered. I am asking to be refunded the difference which is: $18.07! I have had problems with the last few orders! Very disappointing!

When they say Thin, they mean THIN. These had hardly any flavor, they were so thin, there was barely enough to feed our family. If i attacked them in to of each other it might have been a 1/4" thick. Not enough meat for the price.

I splurged one time for my family and purchased steak for once in a year and they send me a tray that cost me almost $30 but the expiration date was the next day. I didn’t notice until the day after it expired and had to throw them away. I get this issue all the time with expirations expiring next day or soon after with delivery orders. It’s not acceptable in any way.

The price when I chose it was a little over $15. I would split them up into 3 meals. These were $25 and only one could be used for a meal. I had to put 2 in the package to make a meal and one was not a full piece. Gristly too. Disappointed and I generally can trust this estimate.

These are the worst steaks I have ever purchased. For $19.99 per pond, I expected halfway decent, but NO! They were super gristly and very thin. It is my own fault for letting Wal-Mart shoppers pick my food to pick up, but goodness if this is part of the selection, no thank you! I am so disappointed in the quality. The dog was happy as every bit went to him. Don't waste your money.

This was terrible.I think they marked the price wrong with the weight and everything. These were the very thin ribeyes, three of them, thirty dollars.That's usually what you pay for the.Regular size, normal cut. I buy them from there.And usually these are around 20-22 because of how thin they're cut, and they didn't have a good taste.Nor a good color really. I couldn't believe what they look like for the price. They were definitely not worth $10 a piece. Quite a bit of gristle.
