Beef Chuck Steak Thin for Carne Asada, 2.5 - 3.5 lb Tray

The thinly sliced chuck made good carne asada; a good alternative to skirt steak. And it was less expensive, too! I marinated in Kinder seasonings and add a splash of oj. Quick and easy. Delicious with a side of steamed broccoli and side of sushi rice. No sauces needed.

I don't usually buy this type of me from Walmart. But it definitely met the expectations pleasantly. Surprised. It was great for Carne asada. i made half of it on a grill and the other half in a pan, both were good.

Great as is or cut up for tacos.

The worst cuts of meat I ever got.so tough no matter how I tried to "make it better". It just had no taste %26 impossible to chew.I've been cooking 50 yrs and never had meat this tough I had to throw it out

The meat was all fat very little meat and had a weird taste. I will use a roast next time for my carne Quesa

steaks are missing from my delivery did not receive them so I can't really rate them so I'm going to write them a one

What is up with Walmart's red meat?? So much dye. Looks raw when fully cooked. So TUFF can hardly chew

I'm extremely frustrated with how this order was handled. I'm not sure whether Walmart failed to give the driver all of my bags or whether some of my bags were accidentally left in the driver's vehicle, but a significant portion of my order is missing. I do not want a refund. I need the items I ordered. I ordered delivery because I do not have a car, so simply refunding the money does not solve the problem or help me get the groceries I need. If the driver sees this and realizes the missing bags are still in the vehicle, please bring them back. If Walmart did not give all of the bags to the driver, then Walmart needs to address the issue and find a way to get the missing items delivered to me.

Too fatty. Not juicy enough. Not worth the price. Too much fat had to be cut off.
