Overall, these tenderized steaks work well. I'm watching my weight, but I really enjoy a country fried steak, so I bread these in seasoned corn meal, spray them with butter flavored cooking spray, and cook them on a non stick indoor grill. They turn out great.

It is fresh but with prices of food going up. They are pricy but worth it. i made my cube steak and gravy. i fry them then put them in just enough water to cover them put in crock pot. then use they juice to make homemade gravy then put it in the crockpot with them. and put in oven an hour. they melt in your mouth

I've been buying the Beef Cubed Steak Family Pack for a while now, and it's consistently fresh and tender. Since it's already tenderized, it saves so much prep time when I'm trying to get dinner on the table after work. I usually just dredge them in a little seasoned flour and pan-fry them for chicken-fried steak, and they come out great every time—not tough or chewy at all. The family pack is a much better value than the smaller trays, and since the quality is solid, it's become a staple on my grocery list. If you're looking for an affordable, easy-to-cook protein that the whole family will actually eat, you can't go wrong with these.

Meat looks very fresh and priced lower then then it's been in a long time my only complaint is the picture shows eight cube steaks for around $8 or $9 and the pack I received only had four cube steaks for a little over $8. it says family pack in the ad , and along with the picture I assumed I was getting double what I received.

I was really looking forward to cooking these cube steaks because it had been a little while since I had eaten them. But after cooking them I was disappointed in the flavor the toughness the fat content. It was very disappointing. At this point and time money can not be wasted.

It is nitbyhe product itself but the price that i would complain about for that amount of meat i am understanding prices have went up but when it takes $20.00 for ine pack of meat for 3 people its hard to buy the sides to go with it. The Meat itself looked like the picture and was good.

I've bought these twice but never again. I thought it was a fluke the first time. These were tough as shoe leather and had an odd taste. The first time I made Swiss steak in the frying pan. Second try was in the crockpot. There won't be a third attempt.

think it's false advertisement and I've seen it happen on several different items it shows a nice family pack of cube steaks so I buy them I get them and there's only four in there come on what are you trying to do to me I'm about to end my membership with you guys I tell you no Replacements when I put a order in and you still give it to me what's up with that

I am a good customer %26 do not complain Unless it is necessary but I purchased These cube steaks with good intentions of cooking some new things ! Oh my goodness they were pink on top %26 brown %26 stinky underneath every piece! Yuk! They smelled so bad I had to grind them in the disposal b/c they would have stunk up my garbage can! It sits outside for weekly pickup! Yuk Walmart! You can do better than this!

Pictured %26 advertised as a family pack (showing 8 patties)...package only contains 4 extremely small patties. A couple weren't even big enough for a child. I find this type of false advertising often when buying meat from Walmart.
