Beef Milanesa, 0.95 - 1.9 lb

I make beef rouladen quite often. This cut of beef for milenesa is not only the perfect cut(top round), but each slice is the perfect size for the rolls. Saves me a trip to the butcher! I have also sliced this up (like fajita size) to make chile colorado tacos, or burritos. Thes already thin sliced pieces are not only tasty for what I use them for, but a real time saver.

This steak makes the best Philly Cheesesteaks ever! Perfectly thin and tender. I’ve also made jerky out of it a few times, pepper steak, and fajitas if you like them thin. But I’ve not found a better steak for Philly cheesesteaks and I’ve tried several different ones, including ribeye and New York strip. The jerky makes a great snack and is high protein. This steak is always consistent when I get it, delivered or in store. And it is so convenient, only a few slices and it’s ready to go! I would recommend this product!

These steaks are a nice size - big enough to make a meal with 1 or 2 sides or thin enough to make a sandwich. I am pleasantly surprised by the fact that the meat was very red. It didn’t look old and discolored. It didn’t have the sick gray like you see in a lot of stores. When I opened the packaging the bottoms look just as fresh and healthy as the tops you see. Very impressed and great flavor will definitely buy again!

I accepted this as a substitute for eye of round slices I add to my Labs dry food breakfast. The slices were Huge much more than I want to feed BonnieBlue each morning. The sliced steaks were beautiful. I immediately called my daughter and offered to her for lunches.

I use this top round for shish-ka-bobs it’s sliced thin so I can just cut it into strips marinate it with the onions and peppers. And put it on skewers then to the grill. Top round has great flavor and is tender enough for finger food. Saves time and work.

I love how thin it's cut %26 the size of the cut. I use it of course for the mexican tortas. I also bread it very lightly %26 fry it with a small amount of oil %26 serve with either a salad, spanish rice, or some steamed veggies. Great source of protein!

I purchased this item x 2 as I needed 16 pieces for a dinner party. When I received the 2 packages I put them in my refrigerator for the next day. When I opened the packages, they only had 7 pieces in each package. The package said each had 8 but only had 7 in each. I recommend that you check the amount each contains.

This product was and has always been listed as 8 per tray not about 8 per tray. The slices were cut much thinner than its current way making it much more enjoyable.. For a good few months Ive noticed you only get 7 slices per tray and the cuts are thicker. The quality has changed as is no longer enjoyable. I will not be getting this product again unless there is a change. This usually doesnt happen, therefore, I will not recommend this product unless you just want some protein and do not care about the corporate switch-a-roo.

They keep advertising this as coming with 8 pieces of meat but its only been 7 for the last several months. This shrinkflation nonsense has GOT to stop. Especially now that the tariffs have been ruled illegal. How will CONSUMERS be reimbursed for that nonsense? When will Walmart lower their prices for everything that they raised them on and used the tariffs as an excuse to raise them in the first place. The shrinkflation and the gouging has to STOP!

I received bad smelly meat , how they did not know blows my mind the minute I got the bag to take it inside the smell hit hard. I took it back and they said they didn’t want to smell it and said if I wanted a refund had to go to the front of the store to customer service desk they need people there that know how to handle situations like this BAD MEAT IS NOT OK TO SELL
