Beef Stew Meat, Tray, Fresh, 0.75 - 1.25 lb

i cut even the trim pieces smaller. i like to freeze it and then half unthaw because it's easier to cut when cubes are stiff. Cut any fat off which lately there hasn't been much which i love. I make a vegetable soup with it that is amazing. V8 broth, carrots, potatoes, peas, green beans, corn, onion. It sounds gross because separately these things are gross but stew this until meat and carrots are both tender. The longer the better. This soup is beyond delicious.

I used that to make “steak bites” they were delish!!! I put olive oil on them in a bowl, added garlic powder , onion powder, paprika and butter seasoning Put the oven at 400 Put in a baking dish Cover with foil and bake for 15 min I also added potatoes. DELISH !!

I have always used WalMart’s beef stew I think it’s a good cut. I use it in a crockpot and put a packet of the beef stew seasoning. Add some vegetables after the stew is cooked through during the last 20 to 30 minutes. I add potatoes I cut into chunks, then some carrots, some onions, that I browned a little with some garlic. Then I add Tony Chere’s seasoning I know sone people might not like this but I cook some egg noodles without yolks And serve it over that. I my gang likes it .. I think is a good meal !

This stew meat should be in everyone's freezer. I have been buying this for soups, stews, and crock pot beef tips and Gravy fro over a decade. They do need cooked to tenderize them but its not a 3 hour ordeal. A good hour and you have delicious beefy meal. They have a good uniorm size for consistent cooking and add beefy flavor to any dish.

In these days of insanely high beef prices (not Walmart's fault) I look for value when buying beef. I bought several packages of beef stew meat and all were high quality. Almost no fat, no gristle, obviously fresh, all usable meat 100%. A good value for my beef dollar.

unfortunately I have to give a low review for this item because of when it was received. I received this order at 443 pm on the 29th and the meat date on the package : used or freeze by the 31st. When we have delivery items the first issue is don't give us meat that is already starting to be used by date that's the first issue. Typically when meat that is close to the use or freeze by date. Second , there should be discounted prices on meat so so close to use or freeze date so that it can quickly sell. That was not the case with this meat it was full price and --did someone pull off the sale sticker this is my question? in addition one important issue relates to the reason why people opt for delivery . I believe that there are many reasons for this : elderly, ill, physically challenged or emotionally or mentally challenged and other conditions that prevent them from going to the store. So have to have people choose for us and pray that they will choose well. To select meet that's very close to past due is unethical. And possibly could be cited as a health issue. As said earlier people who receive deliveries may not note use or sell by date and consume things that is not good for them . I think this is To sell things to people in compromised positions with hope that they will not voice their concerns;it's not right and it does need to change. Walmart needs to be more attentive to its customers and consider that if customers are receiving Delivery items to focus on that they're treated fairly and with respect. Whoever thinks they can pawn off inferior goods to people who are receiving delivery is just not correct! And I don't think anyone would want this to happen to them. I will show pictures of the meat that I received and today on the 29th when I am writing this. Walmart is a household name for various reasons often times with more than fair prices and that mini items typically are inexpensive as compared to their competitors . Walmart a family name so why tarnish this name with inferior delivery items and as a result very low rating stars. There should be a rating system for the person (s) selecting the items for delivery. This is a simple way to ensure that quality leaves the stores.This will improve the quality control and actually help Walmart's reputation and as a result increase Profit.

I want to tell about my last experience with Walmart. it sucked I had a delivery order that no one would bring to me it sat for 48 plus hours and after. I called everyone trying to find out what the problem was it finally cancelled itself out .....I'm very disappointed with Walmart for this

I had the Meat delivered to my Home, and, by the time I received it, not being able to inspect it before purchase, I was really disappointed. The Meat was very unevenly cut and some Pieces needed at least one hour simmering time, while other pieces were so thin and small, they were done in 20 Minutes. Fat Content was OK since I am on a Keto Diet. Oxidation and discoloration were present throughout the package and the Meat had an unpleasant Odor! My Cats liked it, do.... I'm terrified of buying meat from Walmart. It's almost always rotten and they demand that I return it to the store despite the fact that its delivered and I'm disabled and can't get to the store and shouldn't have to go to the store to return it because it shouldn't be rotten in the first place and I'm tired of being sick for days from eating rotten meat. Im buying my meat from Amazon now. Sad because I loved Walmart until they tripled prices on everything and started sell rotten food.

You know, the pickup service is wonderful for us seniors, esp. those of us that have standing and walking problems. But 2nd time to write a review of being gipped out of one of my meats! September 26, My stew meat, costing right at $10.00, was not in my grocery bags when I got home! So counting the last order and this one, that’s OVER $30.00 I’ve lost in 1 month. I’m on a fixed income! That’s a lot of money for me to just get ripped off! Hope y’all can fix this problem and get someone to double check all orders going out!! I hate to go somewhere else but I can’t afford to lose money every time I shop with y’all!!
