Absolutely loving this! While the cut is great for stir fry (it's labeled suggestion), we've found it perfect for making cheesesteak subs. With this thin cut, it's SUPER quick to cook. Though you can leave it exactly as it comes, we like cutting it in bite-size pieces while the mushrooms, onions, etc. are being sautéed. At the last minute, after seasoning is mixed in, it gets added to the veggies in the pan on medium-high heat and a QUICK minute is all it takes. Place on a grilled/toasted hoagie bun and done. Because it's cooked so quickly, the meat stays tender and juicy. 10/10 would recommend.
This was perfect for my beef stroganoff, It's Already sliced and ready to cook, Next time I make stir fry,I'm going to use this meat, all in all I'd recomend it.
Perfect for stir fry meal!!! All you have to do is marinade and sauté in teriyaki sauce. Add great value stir fry veggies and cook rice, season to taste and you have a terrific meal. Meat was tender and tasty and already cut which makes this a quick meal for the family. Very little shrinkage if you marinade first. Definitely buy again and recommend! Thank you 🙂
Very lean cut creat for pepper steak or beef and broccoli. Fast way to cook a meal tasty too. Next Chinese with veggies I have too find how to do it🙏
I have found this is a perfect choice to make fajitas or stroganoff or even chili, depending on how big I cut the long slices of meat in. The quality of the meat I've found is quite good. Most of the time it is a delicious cut of meat, just sliced for me. Once in a while there is some grissle, but it happens so seldomly I usually don't concern myself as I choose a package. I've found if I'm making a smaller amount, I can freeze the extra slices and next week they seem great to make whatever I am in the mood for. I do recommend this cut as it seems to take a lot of the work of slicing away, depending on what I prepare.
I've used this several times. I used it once for stir fry. If you don't cook it too long, it's a really fantastic taste and texture. If there's leftovers and you feel like they aren't tender enough, you can make a fantastic stew or soup. The flavor of the meat is excellent.
I used this package of stir fry meat as extra had purchased some from Publix but didn't think it would be enough. The overall tenderness, taste, and the way it cooked up was way better. The Publix meat was thicker cut and came out tuff and bland. Highly recommend this meat when making stir fry delicious 😋
A lot of times Walmart will deliver meat that is near expired, but this flank steak was not only beautiful marbling, but it was also extremely lean and fresh. I was overall surprised and pleased with the quality and price.
It’s good, not too expensive and even though it doesn’t look it, a good bit comes in the pack. Good for small families (3 people or even 4) depending on how much you eat but if you have husbands and teens buy two packs
it is progressively difficult to get meat delivered that doesn't expire the day it delivers. when you get your delivery at dinner time, there is no time to cook it . it has to be frozen when we ordered fresh. this meat delivered at 5:20pm on 5/16 and expired 5/16.
