Beef Tri Tip Roast, 1.52 - 2.73 lb Tray

The size of the tri tip was a bit smaller than what I wanted but it was nicely trimmed! Not much fat but just enough to help with the seasoning! You need to season your tri tip and let it marinate for a couple hours before cooking! Great for sliders with any leftover meat!

First time purchase. I thought there was too much fat, but after tasting this meat I was in beef heaven. Just salt and pepper, I enjoyed the most tender, juicy, luscious piece of beef. I rarely buy beef because of cost. I cut it into pieces for more than one meal. The tri tip was small, but worth the cost, and I'm hoping my next one will be just as good. Tri tip us so easy to cook and has a ton of uses. Tacos, sandwiches, on top of a salad, etc.

This was a very good tri-tip. It was also expensive. It had little fat and I was able to make three meals out of it. These days you have to pay for quality meat.

I had this as my protein. I love beef. I put this in the oven at low temp and it was juicy and so soft. We still had some the next day we put some small pieces on our salad or just had some to snack on. So delicious.

The meat tastes great and I have purchased it many times. My only issue is that when ordering online for store pick up, I would like to be able to select how many pounds I want. It does not need to be exact but a store associate selected 4 pounds of meat for $40. I just needed enough for a small family dinner. It was way too much money and too much meat.

My tri tip had more than a normal amount of fat on it. I was unhappy simply because I'm paying for a bunch of fat. I will buy my meat elsewhere from now on.

Ordered the tri tip online said $26 average price yet after ordering it changed to $37 average price. I did not agree to that price! I have screen shot of what was offered when ordered and what it changed to. This violates the agreement upon ordering. it is also deceptive practices.

Was more expensive than advertised by a lot and so tough and chewey almost choked us to eat. when it arrived it was pink with a lot of fat, not what im used to with a good tritip.

Not worth it. I have bought this quality of meat several times and every time is disappointing. It has a really bad taste like it's been sitting in the store for a while and it taste and smells expired would not buy again.

I am going to be wanting my money back actually on this tri-tip. I don't know if they looked at it or not, but it didn't look like it's good it kind of smells funny.
