So far so good. Just finished my first bottle. My poo is finally normal. I did notice a little bloating at the beginning and believe that was my system getting used to the combo of all three biotics.. pro, pre and post. Plus it's been a long time since I have taken a supplement of probiotics. Prefer taking at night before bed.

I purchased this for my dog, she is a rescue, a six year old German Shepherd. We rescued her three years ago from a very horrible unhealthy situation. Since that day we have noticed that she has had gut issues every once in a while. I feed her well and spend a lot of money on her diet to give her the best. It's gotten better. 3-in- One Complete has changed her life. It's helped her with her gut issues, her stool looks so good and she's happier. Very amazing, can't say enough good things about this. This has helped me with my bowel movements more in a matter of weeks of me using this product than what SEED in 4 months. I am happy with this product. I gave it 4 stars though because of the smell. If there was any way to improve the smell not seeping through the capsule than I would give this the highest rating possible.

Was taken ritual before and they helped. But the price is ridiculous. So thought I would try these out. Looked pretty good. But not helping gut as much as I'd like. There is a slight smell as well.
