I never received my product. Before reaching out to customer service I was unaware that the product was no longer in stock. I received an email saying my order was delayed, there was no tracking number for me to stay informed regarding the delivery. The product was supposed to be a gift for my daughter but the delay of the order caused me to cancel.

A very beautiful item, only thing is this item I did not receive. I did call to report this issue. They could not help me and still had to pay for item.
