Beetroot Powder Capsules

I would rather take a capsule than take a sugar filled square. This is very convenient for me and better for me without all the sugar.. Just had Chemo treatments for stage 1 breast cancer and staying away from sugar products.

They have lowered my blood pressure. Easy to swallow. No taste. Affordable. Excellent!

Haven't been using these long. Expected some stomach upset from something new in my diet, but that did not happen. You can tell from looking at the capsules red color that they have lots of good nutrients. I have slightly higher blood pressure than normal due to medications that I take. Haven't been using these long enough to know whether they will lower my blood pressure, but I'm hopeful in the long run that they will have a positive impact.

As a consumer and patient, I tend to be sensitive to certain products (aka - side effects). Simple Life Beetroot capsules keep it simple, by not putting many other vitamins or additives. As a result, I have zero side effects, and I am reaping positive benefits from the addition of beetroot to my daily regimen.

We are now almost through our first bottle. A little too early to tell how much this is working, but so far so good. We did switch from two per day to one per day as both my wife and I had so issues with constipation, but that has ended with that change. In summery certainly looks like a good add to our suppliment package. Thanks for the wonderful product.

We have using beet supplements for three years. Our goal was to supplement our nitric oxide and lowering blood pressure. It worked. We started with powder, (can be messy and must be liquified to ingest), next came lozenges which takes a couple minutes as well as coating the tongue red. When we saw your capsules, we decided to buy/try them. The down side is the dose is TWO per day. The other downside, the packages are too small. The cost per dose goes down significantly when the package size is increased. This is beneficial when two are taking them.

I began taking Simple Life beetroot capsules in order to help keep my blood pressure within a normal range. As I got older, my pressure started to creep up. Along with plenty of fruit and veggies and walking every day, the beetroot supplement seems to have helped, I noticed improvement after about 6 weeks. If a natural product can help me avoid the need for long term prescription medication - why not !! My doctor is very pleased also!

I bought the product to augment my BP med. It seems to be working as I've had lower readings the last couple of days. I will be re ordering this product.

I noticed better recovery times between sets. Also, I did not experience that totally washed out feeling after an intense workout. If you lift heavy, I recommend taking these everyday. I don't take them before working out, opting instead to take them with my post workout shake. I prefer lifting on an empty stomach. Taking them post workout absolutely aids in recovery. I used to get so fatigued after working out. That doesn't happen anymore. Now, that's not to say I am not tired after working out. But I am not wiped out like I used to be. I have thought about getting some powder to drink before working out just to see if that will even further boost workout energy. But I like the convenience of the capsules, plus I am not sure I will like the taste of the powder.
