It had a good plot
I almost never stop reading (or in this case listening, per Audible) a book without finishing it. But I really, really wanted to with this one. It had a good plot but it took way too long to get there. I even listened to it with 1.5 speed multiplier to make it go by quicker... oi. But, the twist at the end made it somewhat worth the wait. I did get lost a few times of what time period we were in. It's definitely one you need to pay full attention to. I listen to my books while working and usually can do both but this one I barely paid attention to.
