Installation was very easy. Rather than take the chance of the screws in the anchors in the drywall we put up a ledger board so we could screw the hooks directly into wood. Went up in a snap. We hung an umbrella, a flashlight, a nylon dog leash and 2 small bags with some cloths (very light). By the next day we noticed one side was loose…a closer look showed that the screw broke! I couldn't find a way to report this and I already had the other one mounted anyway so we ended up drilling a new hole in the actual bracket and affixing it with a decent screw. Product would have been much better for a dollar or two more and decent screws. Disappointing.
