I LOVE my new mattress! I no longer wake up feeling like I lost a bout with Tyson. I purchased the queen size. It’s grey color and the patterned designs makes it look so rich. It took less than 12hrs to fully form.

I love how the mattress feels and it was super simple to place on bed. I just opened the box and the mattress unfolded and I placed it on my guest bed.

Sob far so good. I love the color and firmness.

My only complaint is, I expected to be a little firmer around the edges. It sleeps very well. It supports me the way I expected it to and I’m very happy about that. That was my biggest hope in purchasing this mattress. It is definitely worth the money.

The bed has given me some good night sleeps. The mattress has an uneven surface in the center of the bed due to being rolled up. I'm hoping that it eventually flattens out. The bed is comfortable for me in any sleep position.

Nice mattress but I’m concerned about the plugging up process. It’s been more than 72 hours and the mattress ends are still low while the rest of the mattress is high in some places and low in others. I will contact customer service and see what could be done.

The mattress was way later than planned. The box was in pretty bad shape and could see the plastic lining clear as day. After opening and letting the mattress expand for the recommended 12 hours and in the process of switching mattresses noticed the mattress had muiltpt stains on it. Which had to of happened before it was vacuum packed because the seal was not broken. After the wait and then receiving a dirty mattress I wouldn't recommend to any one buying it online and not knowing what you get. The mattress its self is pretty firm with little give.

this mattress arrive after one week I order and I am very excited when it arrived. The box is open and mattress is ripped off from outside, but I decided to open it. But mattress also ripped off from one corner. I am very disappointed and I contact customer service. They don’t receive my phone and they don’t reply my mail. This is disgusting west of time and waste of money. I don’t recommend this seller. Because of this, I have to wait one more week to get new mattress until that day. I don’t know what to do. I have to return this order a new one waste of time. I never had this kind experience before. I want my money back
