It's just a little bit too long, not enough to not work around, BUT the rest of the fit is friggin FANTASTIC! Made with quality material and I love the none slip latex beads/bumps whatever they're called that go around the top of the sleeves to keep them from slipping/rolling down. The cuffs at both the top and bottom are really wide which distributes the compression so that it's not biting into my arms and just helps with the overall comfortableness (s?) of the entire sleeve! I've been dealing with lymphedema in my arm for over 30 years and these are the best sleeves I've EVER worn! You don't want to miss out on them if you want good quality and amazing compression!

I bought this through Walmart who farmed it out to a 3rd party. IT WAS PERFECT and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND both the product AND the seller!! It fit my 88 y/o mom with embolism perfectly, and was comfortable and effective for her needs. ALSO, it came in flesh-tone, which is less noticeable under short sleeves during the summer--which is important to her. As a bonus, we were HAPPILY SURPRISED that we were supporting a small American business :)

These are the BEST Sleeves I've ever purchased

When I first opened it, I thought it was way too small, but it stretched out to the perfect size, and then STAYED where I put it! It brought my lymphedema swelling down to almost nothing, yet it feels comfortable. The non-slip around the top of the band is just enough. I don't - yet - know how long the compression will last, but so far I love it!

rubber or plastic dots that prevents it from rolling gave me an allergy reaction. I had to stop using them.

The sizing is way off on this product. I ordered the XL and I can't get it above my elbow. I'm 5 foot tall and 155 pounds and not giant arms. I wear a size large in a shirt.
