I placed this order on 12/12/24. I was told that it would arrive by 12/16/24. I was told that the order shipped on 12/13/24. On 12/16/24 I was told that a refund was initiated. No explanation was given. I received a small, empty envelope from the seller on 12/18/24. I emailed the seller and received a return email on 12/20/24 stating that there was an error and a refund was given. No mention of what the error was or why they sent me an empty envelope. If I could give this seller less than zero stars I would. I will make sure I do not do business with them in the future. They left me scrambling to find an alternate Christmas gift right before the holiday. I hope they are pleased with themselves.
