BelGioioso Blue Cheese Wedge 5oz, Refrigerated in a Wedge Container

I do believe that one should keep bleu cheese as inventory in the refrigerator. You never know if you're going to make a Cobb salad, a wedge salad, a bleu-cheeseburger or just a snack of apple and bleu cheese or a pear %26 bleu cheese…… It's absolutely necessary to always have bleu cheese in the refrigerator

This item isn't that great to put on crackers or bread but is absolutely excellent in salads or crudites. Usually blue cheese isn't that great in salads but this brand is more like Gorgonzola.

I've never tried this BelGoioso Blue Cheese before. I always go to Food Lion and get my Blue Cheese but this brand tastes so much better. I'll be a regular customer from now on.

The Bellgioso brand is an authentic Blue Cheese. It crumbles perfectly for salads; combines . smoothly in sauces and soups and is delicious on a fine butter cracker or a piece of sourdough bread.

Excellent flavor and consistency. Fresh, I bought 2 and both stayed fresh over the entire 2 week time, in the refrigerator. Wrap with plastic wrap and keep wrapped in between uses.

This is my first time trying blue cheese from Bel Gioioso. I have to say that I truly enjoy this product, the taste is delicious not too overpowering. The texture is creamy enough to give it a luxurious taste. I will definitely buy this cheese again. I'm grateful for the chance to try it. 

I was impressed by its creamy texture and bold, strong flavor. It pairs wonderfully with salads and meats. The packaging is convenient, making it easy to store. While I'm not certain, a crumbled version would be a nice addition. Overall, I couldn't find anything to dislike about it.

This Bel Gioioso blue cheese is a really good value. Unlike a lot of other blue cheese you find in a grocery store, it has an appropriately strong, rich creamy flavor. It's also got the right amount of tang and saltiness, and crumbles fairly easily (but not too much). Above all else, it's a great tasting blue cheese for the price, and I highly recommend it on crackers. Oh, and it's gluten free, if that's important to you.

First of all, it's blue cheese. You either love it or you hate it. Personally, I love it. A lot. It's hard to screw up blue cheese, I think. This blue cheese is good. So good. Salty and yummy. Smells heavenly, not overpowering. I could eat the whole thing in one sitting but I am saving some so I can make blue cheese dressing. I would buy it again.

This is a good size piece of cheese at an affordable cost. Could be used for a charcuterie board or it would be really good paired with some nice summer fruit. I tried it with some pita crackers and it gave a nice little flavor kick for a quick snack.
