I'm Italian (not Italian American) and Belgioioso burrata is really outstanding! it tastes like true Pugliese burrata. Of course you need to consume in a couple of days or it goes bad, it's a fresh cheese...

I used this cheese as the final compliment on a fresh basil, pine nut and tomato French bread sandwich. It was absolutely perfect in both taste and texture.

This Burrata is GREAT! I am So happy Walmart carries it. I only wish they would also carry the Black Truffle Burrata by Belgeso it is even better than the plain!

This Buratta is so delicious! I'm low carb and I couldn't be happier! I eat it plain or with tomatoes! I've also baked it or microwaved it with tomato sauce, add a salad and dinner is served!

So good! It was a hit with my lunch friends. I added some homegrown basil and oregano and a bit of kosher salt, served with Ritz chips as an appetizer.

I ordered and picked up the cheese on May 18. On May 22, I started to use it in my recipe and noticed the Best By date was May 7. I did not open it bc looking through the container I could tell it wasn't fresh. I haven't had the opportunity to go inside the store to return it for a refund.

the problem is i didn't order Burrita cheese , I ordered (2) Masapone ,oysters %26 Gummi bears, very disappointed %26 I will get a refund thx u Brenda/ jiji
