Since cheese is from Wisconsin, I knew that it would be good, but the flavor and texture exceeded my expectations! This cheese melts in my mouth. It is creamy and flavorful. It cuts into cubes and slices easily. I only wish that the package was larger!

There wasn't anything I would have changed expect maybe making the packaging resealable. As it would just be easier to store.
