Have ordered this several times, now. Have enjoyed it every time. : ) Nice size container, just enough to use up quickly.( have also, used the individual bites- https://www.walmart.com/ip/seot/13424060114?listRegistryId=3ec15f4c-c4f3-48ad-bc45-ffea82bdc208%26listRegistryType=WL - from this company in the passed). Keeping it as fresh as can be. (having Old School Italian Market/cut from the wheel taste) ; ) Yes, I would recommend this product.

This is one of the ONLY options I have found for grated or shredded real Parmesan cheese that DOES NOT have an added ingredient like corn starch to help prevent clumping. Those additional ingredients mean they don't melt like freshly grated cheese (this goes for any bagged pre shredded cheese). I use this to make carbonara and Alfredo without having to grate the cheese myself. Comes out creamy and delicious every time! Highly recommend!

I am lactose intolerant, however my doctor told me I should be able to eat parmesan grated cheese if 100% natural and this is! However it does not reseal as well as I like so I put in a zip lock bag in the fridge. Awesome on spaghetti and any thing you want to add cheese to.

This stuff is as close to grating the cheese wheel as you can get and since the ex was always complaining about doing it I decided to try this stuff and it's good enough to realize that she could hit the road and I can enjoy some peace and tranquility in the home, I hope she finds love down at the truck stop

I liked the almost sweet taste. Smelled like a good flavorful cheese. Gluten free and light and airy. I used in salads, sprinkled some on toast and in a pasta recipe. Came in a seal and reseal package. Bonus because it didn't take many tablespoons of it at a time. Had a long shelf use by date.

For a little container it's really good and I'm picky when it comes to certain foods but being raised Italian American Sicilian this cheese is omg lol delicious.

While I appreciate the price point and less wasteful packaging, it doesn't reseal well— pop it in a baggie and toss in the fridge, otherwise the top will curl open to the fridge elements or it'll get knocked over by your kids and make a mess. Not sure why they can't pop this product in a resealable bag. That'd make too much sense, I guess.

Flavorless. Dry. Didn't blend well with the food I was having it with. The container said it was resealable,, it was not. I had to put it in my own container. On the plus side, it didn't clump too bad. I'll try the shredded type next.

The re-sealable lid does not actually re-seal, what a mess it made when it hit the floor. Cheese is ok but suggest you buy the round container with a good lid.

I tried this because it wasn’t filled with cellulose like the other products out there but you’re paying twice as much money in the flavor is lacking here it’s not a good quality Parmesan cheese
