BelGioioso Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese, Refrigerated 5 oz Plastic Cup

Do you know why this is so good? Because it's just cheese no fillers no additives no anything just cheese and I put it on everything. A must on chicken noodle soup. It just gives it a little bit of flavor. Did I mention on pasta, ravioli, a little on a salad? It is the only cheese that I will buy that's pre-graded because it tastes so good.

I have nothing bad to say about this Parmesan. I like both the shredded and grated, but grated tends to be a staple for me. I like to store it in the freezer so it stays fresh longer. I love putting it on salads and pastas

The taste is good as well named brand and is way easier on my aging hands being shredded already. The wedge is very good too.

I used to make ricotta mix for lasagna. It is good. Only set back is the price for a 5oz container. I can get a store brand cheaper, but then it wouldnt taste good.

It was okay, just not what I expected. The taste was off A bit. Didnt like the texture. I thought it was shavings not powder.

For a time-saver, this is an okay product. The cheese doesn't have the nuttiness and aged taste real, aged parmesan has. The much better way to go about things is to buy some good quality parmesan (like the Parmigiano Reggiano at Costco) and grate it yourself.

I didn't like the texture of this product it was too crumbly for my taste but they didn't have the shaved or shredded so I got what they sent the other store had no cheese at all so there you are

The Parmesan I needed was out and the shopper ordered two of these as a substitution. I did not realize that there was two until I was unpacking my groceries. I do not need this much. I'm a single person and only really needed. One container of Parmesan, plus this cost a lot more than what my original purchase was.

I have found that this cheese consistently has green mold either before I open it or shortly thereafter. In the past months it has happened consistently. I find it very upsetting to get a product that's sealed and has a date expiring a month away to have green mold. someone is not handling this product properly. The cheese however is excellent and they should do better at Walmart in handling this product to ensure it's refrigerated properly.

This cheese turned green in a matter of days after opening. i am sick of the un fresh food items I have purchased from this Walmart.
