you just have to try asiago garlic pine nut homemade bread. I am in the sourdough cult and I make this bread..... it's INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS! and the cheese is perfect, hold together for the most part when baking, makes a fantastic flavor in bed, wonderful compliment with the garlic! just cut into ½" cubes and toss in bread! yummy!

My second purchase of this cheese, which is superb! Grated or shaved over pasta, homemade pizza or casseroles at serving time is the best ever! Flavor %26 texture are top of the line with a very nice melt! Great on a tuna melt, chicken sandwich melt or melted atop a turkey burger. Shaved chips are best for toppings as they don't fall off %26 melt into your dish, sandwich or casserole! Possibilities are endless! Just a little goes a long way!

I have no idea why people use Parmesan, it has no flavor to it. Asiago is the way to go! This cheese is excellent. The flavor is very intense so you only need a little bit of it. Perfect for those that want flavor and are watching their caloric intake as well.

This is great to use on home made croutons! This is also great to mix with Parmesan in almost any Italian recipe . I always have BelGioioso Asiago in my refrigerator. It is a staple for good Italian.

This is real authentic cheese form Italy and it taste bueno. Goes great with any type of pasta, I love it on my pizza. I run it through my cheese grater on the fine setting and sprinkle it on everything. Great taste great texture.

This is excellent cheese with the most amazing flavor. We use it quite a bit for pizza and on our salad. It shreds really nice and is our favorite brand to buy.

I tried this once in place of Parmesan and Romano. this asiago has become my go-to now for this type of cheese

Since Walmart has no selection of specialty cheeses, this will have to do. They don't carry any of the most sought after quality cheeses so if you want that you'll need to stop by Whole Foods or the Cheese Market.

The reason I am no longer giving any reviews is because I have a big following from Walmart customers if I give an item that deserves to have an excellent rating, what happens is that supply and demand happens and the price goes way up then I cannot afford the item that I reviewed

I didn't order this even as a replacement. I'm not a fan of this cheese. I don't know what on earth the shopper was thinking!!!!
