My fiance always gets horrible cramps on her period so we were recommended these by a friend to provide some relief. She says the flavor is amazing and that she really did notice some relief in how she was feeling. She was able to fall asleep with ease when usually she is tossing and turning during her the first few days of her period. We will definitely be getting these again!
