I received the item inside a brown envelope, which was not like the picture on the web page! There is no alignment toolkit, only the protector itself! It's challenging to install.

Belkin - makes great products, but just like every other company - makes registering for their warranty incredibly difficult. Had to search through a massive dropdown list, and then had to redo the process at least twice.

I purchased this for my iPhone 17 Pro and it has absolutely saved my phone. Twice. The first time, my phone was laying flat in my trunk while I was unloading groceries and my water bottle rolled onto the edge of my phone at the perfect angle and cracked the screen protector. That time wasn't a big deal, but I recently dropped my phone face down on rocks form about 3 feet and it shattered the top portion of the screen protector. I was so worried that the screen was cracked underneath, but it wasn't. Both times I submitted warrantee claims were super easy, and it was extremely to apply. I had minor bubbles after placing the screen protector on my phone, but after pressing it down on my phone, the residual bubbles dissolved within 24 hours of application. I couldn't recommend this product more. Definitely worth it.

The product is great, the registration process for warranty purposes is absolutely horrible. Unable to upload photo of receipt as input location was non-reactive to any sort of prompt, wouldn't accept a copy/paste nor would it allow a “drag and drop” as indicated in the space. Guess this is an easy way of voiding warranty registration out of the box. Well done!

Screen is great. Registering it is a pain. The website keeps glitching, not saving my info, not allowing me to click the button to upload my receipt. I tried 3 times on my phone, then had to wait until I was near my laptop to do so. Shouldn't be so challenging for something so simple

I received (mistakenly ordered?) a self-installed screen protector instead of the machine installed unit. Apple Store would not install it. I need the machine installed protector and trying to return, but navigating your website is very difficult and it takes forever to talk to anyone in customer service. I have hung up twice after waiting on hold for 20+ minutes. I will try again to get this straightened out but I am not confident I will have any success. bought my 3rd screen cover. warranty process too convoluted. couldn't get it to work. none lasted a year. my most recent purchase was made when the previous one only lasted 6 mos. not hardy.

Sad to say the screen protector was cracked due to a minor drop after just a couple of weeks. Then hoping to use the Belkin warranty online form I found the photos of damaged screen would not upload after several attempts so gave up and bought a new screen protector.
