I never write reviews for a product. But these ear buds are the best I have ever had. Ear buds usually fall out of my ears and are uncomfortable. These connected easily to my phone! I even just got a new phone and I did not have to mess with anything at all. They just connected. They last me all almost all week. The case charges quickly and holds an additional charge to outside of just what is on the buds. I am amazed. I had almost given up on ear buds.

These fit better in my ear, the sound is a lot deeper, and I hear phone calls better as well. I would definitely recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spend most of my day in virtual meetings and wanted something that would allow me to be away from my desk but still have good audio quality. These ear buds have been great. They are comfortable and come with the alternate silicone tips so that you can adjust them for best fit. The storage box is a nice touch and makes charging easy. There is an app available for download but you can skip that and just pair via Bluetooth. in addition to work meetings, I use these for podcasts and music. Bass and treble are fully adjustable as well. I can't say enough good things about these. Whether you're working or listening to your favorite tracks these are perfect. Fit is snug but not tight so also perfect for the gym or a run. Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I talk on the phone daily with a friend who lives far from me and frequently I am working around the house when we talk. It is very difficult to hold my phone so I use headphones. However most have issues with sound or my friend being able to hear me, my own comfort level or connectivity issues. I am pleased to say these are now my daily use headphones for both being on the phone or listening to music. They are really easy to hook up to a device and the sound quality is great. Being on the phone my friend can hear me just fine and the headphones do not fall out of my ear. Other kinds slip and then I accidentally hang up when I try and fix it. I also like the button placement because when I do adjust I have not hung up or messed with volume when I do not want to. The case charges them and that charge lasts me so long. I can go all week and still not have them run out of charge. Fantastic quality. My friends expensive phone brand headphones don't even come close to this quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the older model of these and I love the upgrades they made on this set. The USBC charging port is a huge one, no more carrying two cables. Has alot of bass and can get very loud. Work great for sure.

The instructions in the package are useless. I know how to READ. You need to add printed written instructions because the pictures are too cryptic. And tapping on the earpiece is ALWAYS a hit or miss guessing game.

The earbuds keep falling off even if I am just sitting at my desk having a call (and not even talking). I tried two sizes already.

The battery life is crap! Not as advertised. Beware.
