I bought several Suction Cup Compasses recently. I will use one and keep one for a spare. The product goes directly onto my windshield. I will always know in what direction I am going. I've had one of these before. I like the size and it works easily on my car windshield. Walmart had the best price. I would recommend it if you want something simple.

It was kinda flimsy but even so will not stay attached to any place on dash area.

I had one of these compasses back in the early 2000s and it lasted me for years until it finally all the liquid finally leaked out of it and I decided to order another one on Walmart's website and I received it in the mail upon opening the envelope can containing the item the item was broken upon receiving it try to contact the company that sold it to Walmart plumbers stock and sent them an email. They kept saying that they did not receive the email but my email said it was sent successfully even after multiple times verifying their email address to them multiple times. I just asked them to replace the item and they did not I don't know what's so hard about just replacing the item for me. Took over a week almost 2 weeks just to receive this item. I just want the item replaced and I believe it was already overpriced.

didn't get the item even though it was supposedly delivered. neighbors didn't get it. might have been the fault of USPS.

Compass does not work. Most of the time faces same direction regardless of direction heading. Apparently it is defective in its spherical shape and does not adust to heading when compass is installed.
