This Bell Howell Security Light Duo with Solar power and Motion Sensor is a GREAT product. It features a red light indicator that resembles a camera which acts as a deterrent. A solar panel that charges the battery. It also features IP65 waterproof and water resistant construction allowing it to work in all weather conditions. The description and measurements are accurate. The motion sensor activates white LED lights that turn on while detecting motion. If no motion is detected it shuts off after 30 seconds. When the lights turn off, the decoy red camera lights turn on again emulating a video camera. The lights can be mounted on the ground or on a fence/wall. You can mount them in the ceiling of a carport or on a backyard fence. It comes with everything you need to install them. I like these lights. Make sure you allow the battery to fully charge before using. Read the instructions for proper charging and use. This solar security light is well made. It is heat resistant and waterproof. The two lights are multi-directional and act as flood lights as well. The button that turns them on/off is similar to a flashlight button, so you just have to click it to figure out which is which. They are very reasonably priced and a good value. I highly recommend.

I love these outdoor Bell %26 Howell dual spotlight solar lights! I have several dark spots around my home and this should solve that problem. I especially appreciate that this has several different mounting options, it can either be mounted on a wall or on a fence and it also comes with a stake so it can be placed anywhere.

Very happy with this solar security light. I put it on the back yard fence, and although it doesn't get sun all day (most of the day), it still lasts all night. I went out to check it at 3 am, and it was still going strong. It's very lightweight, so I don't have to worry about it falling due to the weight of the unit. I do have one criticism, but it's for the instructions. There is a sort of bubble coating, on the solar panel, and the instructions should say whether it is supposed to come off. Since it didn't come easily right away, I searched everywhere on the web to find out if it was supposed to. It took me an aggravatingly long time to find out it's supposed to stay on. Even googling it, said it was supposed to come off, I'm glad I kept looking for a primary source of information. Maybe it's dumb, but I've never bought anything with a solar panel on it, and it would have been completely ruined if I had taken it off. It's very bright, and lights up exactly how and when it's supposed to, and the red light can act as a deterrent. I feel safer with it, I'm glad I have something that doesn't need a wire to protect my back yard. I love it!

Right out of the box, it was incredibly easy to set up no wiring, no tools beyond what was included besides a power drill. I just mounted it on the wall where it gets good sunlight, and it was ready to go. The motion detection works great. It picks up movement from a good distance and lights up instantly. The brightness is impressive for a solar light bright enough to cover a good area without being blinding. I also love that the dual lights are adjustable, so I was able to angle them exactly where I needed coverage. What makes this even better is that it's solar powered, which means no need to deal with batteries or electrical cords. It charges during the day and stays on reliably at night when motion is detected. Even during cloudy days, it still manages to hold enough charge to function. I also appreciate that it's weather resistant. We've had some light rain and wind lately, and it's held up perfectly. Overall, this is a great value for a solar security light. It does exactly what it promises, adds peace of mind, and was super easy to install. I'm thinking about getting another one for the backyard.

I got this solar light today and decided to install it over my garage door. I got a fair amount of sunlight and so far it seems to be bright enough. I assume it will last through the night if it gets a full day of sun. It also came with accessories such as screws for the wall and a plastic stake to install it into the ground if that's needed as well.

For the money, is a big part of my high rating. Bell and Howell is a good name. The product is bright enough for where I need it. It charges and works fine. I used the two Screws provided to mount it to a post. It charges during the day and only comes on after dark when Motion is detected.

these wok right out of the box. Super bright when activated in the back yard, the solar panel is 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 so it will gets lots of energy during the day. One button for turning on. There is not a socket on the light. I wont use the ground post just put it on a fence outside. it lights up a whole yard since the lights are adjustable. I love anything solar and this light does not disappoint.
