These are awesome. My husband likes the lantern more. He is a outdoor man so I wasn't surprised. Both are brighter then what we expected. With an as seen on tv item we was not expecting these to be really great but they are and would love to get more of just the lanterns. It is colabsable like they say it is. Seems like it will be a good product that last a while on both items. Also these will come in handy for storm season.

I received this product from the Spark Reviewer program. I love to go camping and these are great. Also when the weather gets bad and the electricity goes out there they are waiting to go. They work well in hot weather or cold. It's super bright. I can use them to walk to the back of the house at night when it's dark to take out trash. Love them.

love this little light! I love the collapsible feature. It is still kind of bulky, but it seems sturdier when it's closed. It's pretty bright, so they weren't lying. Overall, I think it would be great to have in your car or something for emergencies. Definitely an asset.

This flashlight/lantern set is great. Easy and lightweight to use. The handheld light has 5 modes: high, medium and low light brightness, a strobe feature and an SOS feature. It comes with a wrist strap and is very easy to operate. Press the bottom on the bottom of the light and adjust up or down depending on the strength of the brightness you want. It has a bright light and takes 3 AAA batteries. The box shows that it can withstand being ran over by a car tire, being submerged in cold or boiling water, and frozen in ice. I did not test those claims. The lantern is lightweight. It takes 3 AA batteries. It also has a bright white light. You can adjust the brightness by sliding the lantern top up or down. The box says that it's built strong to withstand the elements, like still working while being frozen in ice, submerged in water, and on top of fire. I did not test those claims. It claims to be able to handle the previously mentioned elements and still work but what about being dropped? Or being banged up against a wall by a kid or kicked down some steps? Those are the type of elements I content with, lol. Again, I did not and hopefully will not encounter those conditions. But, with kids, anything is possible.

My sons, used these on a camping trip with 10 of their friends. They all loved how bright and far the lantern shines. Especially while playing cards at night. They loved how the flash light zooms in and out for the perfect illumination and to be able to change it from a high to a low light. They also enjoyed using the blink function on the flashlight. Just make sure you buy triple AAA and double AA batteries. That was the only bummer part.

This is a good light and convienent to carry around. I like the slide open and carry handles. I got this through the spark review program for free. The light is good and seems sturdy. runs on batteries so you can use in a storm. it can be partially closed for less light. seems to be in it for the long haul which I llike. I bought a similar one that runs on recharges from the computer and does not stay charged very long. so I think this is a better idea.

I really like this flashlight. It is small, durable and very bright. It only takes 3 AA batteries. It has a wrist strap attached. The light is black with an orange on/off switch on the bottom of the handle. You press very slightly on the on/off switch to move between modes. The modes are high, medium, low, strobe and SOS. The zoom on this light is great. You push the nozzle all the way in for a full large circle. You pull it out and it turns into a small square. The light is very clear. I do wish the nozzle that you push in or out were a little firmer. Slightly touching it moves it when you may want it to stay in one position. The lantern I am not quite as impressed with. The feel of it is light, which is good when you don't want to be caring a lot of weight, but it feels cheap. The handles are flimsy metal which pull out and can be bent. There is a rattle in the lantern, like something is broken off inside the light. The very top of the lantern rotates ¾ of the way around, but does not come off, open or do anything, so I don't know why it turns. The light turns on by pulling the lantern open and you dim it by pushing it back down closed. It is very bright and a clear light. It will light up a dark area very easily. There are some scratches on the inside of the lens, but they do not affect the brightness of the light. Don't look into either of these lights, they are very bright!

I'm very disappointed with this purchase. The lantern works fine but the flashlight is useless. It's states the flashlight "is high-grade air craft aluminum". Yet, the cap can't be screwed back on making it unworkable. A waste of money.
