Nice bike rack for the money.
This bike rack is great.I put several items I bought at the grocery store and they stayed on no problem all the way home.It fit on my bike with no problems and was tight and stable.I don't get all the negative comments here.It does have a small reflector on the back but you can install a battery operated light on it no problem. NICE RACK. I LIKE IT.

Missing parts
-0- I bought 2 of these racks and one had the wrong parts. Contacted Bell and they no longer carry these so no parts can be ordered. I blame WalMart for taping the wrong parts to the rack package but am very disappointed in Bell's response that they no longer make these, I just bought it 2 weeks ago.

Piece of junk
This thing is garbage. First off it cannot be tightened enough so that it is stable on the bike. I have even tried using vice grips to tighten it and all that did was snap off the piece I needed to grip. I'm a 100lb woman, I didn't snap it off with force, it's just cheaply made. Since I cannot tighten it it swings around whichever way it wants and the slightest bit of pressure on it drags it along my back wheel. Also by some poor design choice there are 2 protruding screws on the bottom bar which means whenever it drags along the wheel it's not just a smooth bar, it's probably destroying my tire. Don't waste your money on this Walmart bargain bin junk

What rear reflector?
Rack installs on Schwinn bike like a charm on seat post! At perfect angle! However, rack problem not solved. This rack needs a reflector. Cannot find a reflector, or rear light, to fit in the slot on the back. Oh, Bell...Bell...Bell...
