I'm giving this item the benefit of the doubt, because while it looks great and seems very secure, the small size I ordered was a little too small for my cat. I am trying to figure out how to change it for a medium size. I did measure my cat beforehand, but I may not have left enough slack.
My cat is pretty large – 18 1/2 pounds – so it fits well and gives him a lot of freedom to go outside with me.

Nice harness, but did not fit. Too small, and didn't include leash or lead.
Too small for my adult cats which was my mistake thinking they were correct size but, definitely, Not! Need to reorder!
