Fresh and fluffy. Nothing extra added. Superb on a salad, and toasted on garlic bread. I also put it in a shaker to use on popcorn. Bella Rosa Shredded Parm is also, really good.

It's getting hard to find any shredded cheese these days that doesn't have antibiotics in it to keep it from molding, and the amount of wood pulp in parmesan is insane. This brand is free from those ingredients and tastes fantastic. The cheese actually melts on your food like cheese is supposed to. The only brand I buy now. My family loves the taste of this cheese on pastas as well as salads.

I was scared to get this because of the reviews, then walmart substituted the Frigo cheese for this and I didnt really have a choice but to try it. When I ate some right out of the container I got scared again because it didn't have a strong flavor. I used it to make homemade alfredo sauce with zucchini ribbons and chicken and ate it over Rao's linguini and OMG it was the closest to restaurant quality alfredo I've ever made. It has a nuttier flavor than the other brands but until I have a bad experience I will keep buying this brand from now on. It seriously tasted like I was eating chicken alfredo from Red Lobster. I have been making homeade alfredo sauce for years using all kinds of parmesan cheese and this way by far mine and my husband's favorite.

Excellent cheese when Walmart stores it at the proper temperature before they sell it. This cheese needs to be refrigerated or it will mold before the expiration date.

This is REAL grated parm cheese. Great flavor and melts nicely. Same quality you would find in Italy. Highly recommend.

Since this is the only grated parm that resembled freshly grated parm I have been using it but I am not going to be any longer. I finally realized it's this cheese that has ruined my dishes lately. I don't know why there aren't any good grated cheese products at Walmart. They carry fresh mozzarella and shaved parm in good brands but this is what I have to sacrifice for shopping here.

This stuff is terrible. It has very little aroma and no taste. I should've just bought the craft garbage. This is just like it.

This thing is horrible.. has no flavor. I added some to my pasta sauce to thicken it a little and I thought I hadn't added enough seasoning (didn't add salt since cheese is salty) but then I tried the cheese itself and it's flavorless. It's like cardboard cheese. Waste of $4
