Only 4 weeks in, but very pleased with unit stability, I'm 185 Lbs. I didn't even secure it to a wall with the optional hardware in the box. Also loving the fact that I can use magnets almost anywhere on the frame to mount or hold items! *Climbing up is a bit awkward for me, but a chair at the ladder base helps a lot. ** Notice: I received the bed in two boxes; the 2nd box arrived one day after the 1st, but I was not informed of that fact...so I had to wonder if the other half of the bed was on it's way for a day. : ,)

Product is sturdy and strong!! Assembly was time consuming for a not so avid builder. The process took about 4 hours for one person.

The loft bed was as described. The rails had a few small dents from shipping but overall it was good quality. Will have to install wall anchors as it does sway a little when going up.

Easy to put together. Was returned due to being too big for the area i have.
