Seems to be of good quality, and should get many years of use. Solid wood and hardware. Took about 8 hrs to put together by myself. They recommend more than 1 person and that would have helped a lot. Just take your time and study pictures close as you go and it will come out great.

Several boards were very warped making assembly much harder. Directions need to be made easier for assembly. Scanning the QR code was helpful to watch the assembly, but would have been much better if it was spoken in ENGLISH.

not all parts were labeled and the assembly instructions could have been clearer. it took quite a while to sort it all out and get assembled. it takes up a small footprint in the room so that has been very good. it also recommends 4 people to assemble and move. it took me 3 people.

It's a nice bed but it has gaps and flaws. It looks pretty nice but far from perfect. The seller was excellent and it arrived early. It's a very complicated assembly process. I hired two professionals and it took almost two hours.

Worst experience ordering anything on line. The packages were late, all 3 boxes damaged. It was a Murphy bed VERY difficult to put together because the instructions were poorly written and illustrated. The parts were sent in bags of 3 or 4 different size parts without labels. We managed to get it put together, attached to the wall and put the mattress in…. The base has NO METHOD for securing the mattress to the frame. Although it is a queen size it measures 6 inches too large all the way around ? What do I do now?
