like some of the other reviews The box both boxes came open and I was concerned but only one little wooden triangle was missing and there was a little scuff on the desk but overall everything was there and I was able to put it together by myself and it's a lot sturdier than I had expected it's a great value for the price and so far I think it's going to be great and just what we needed

it took me 2 days to assemble but my kiddo absolutely loves it. this bed is. ery well made and will last a lo g time.

It helps if you lay out the tools with their numbers out, easy instructions, measurements were close enough, I build it alone. Do wish it had wall mounts for more safety.

very sturdy just little wobbly only thing i would change would be the ladder its only big enough for little more than your toes gonna hace to cut some of that wall out to hold more footing

Very unhappy with how this bunk bed came to us. Majority of the pieces came with cuts or knicks and paint missing, gashes, etc. The quality of the drawers are terrible too, the one cracked right away and the other 3 do not fit correctly, you can tell something is off with the tracks. 2 of the shelves did not come correctly either. According to directions and pictures, they were supposed to have a groove so that they fit perfectly, they were only cut out on one side and do not fit right now. For what I paid I expected this to come without any issues. Also a lot of the pieces did not come labeled. Regardless, my kid loves it.

The bed arrived damaged and with many imperfections. It had two missing bags of screws. The screws we did receive were the wrong sizes. Pieces and bags were labeled wrong. Having a very hard time with the return process. I am surprised Walmart is still dealing with this company called Belle Co. Ltd. I am hopping Walmart makes this right.

I have reached out to the relevant department multiple times, requesting detailed instructions on how to return this item. Despite sending four emails, I have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication is concerning and does not reflect the standards expected of a reputable company like Walmart.
