Directions were difficult, took some time. Some quality control issues but company was very responsive. My preteen and teen sons love it. Works perfectly for them to have separate space.
delivered fast and with care, instructions easy to follow, very strong and kids love it!
It's a really good bed frame assembly was pretty easy but it was difficult at first with putting things backwards. All of them pieces were packed very nicely but one of the frame pieces had a whole in it. My kids love it. It is very large and does take a lot of space but good when you live in a small apartment and need to save space!!
There's a deformation in the bed when I was putting it together I saw it
Didn't even have parts to complete step %231! I have made complaint and heard nothing back!!!
