very nice bunk beds,needed to hire help through Walmart to put beds together. To difficult,but love the beds .

You will want help, make a system for assembly, and organize the parts to make the assembly process a bit easier but overall it wasn't terrible. It's beautiful, functional in our space, and sturdy.

Pretty good bed! Wasn't too difficult to put together. Just a bit time-consuming. Need 2 people to lift the top bunk up to place on the 4 posts. Also to help move the bed in place once it's put together, especially if on carpet. 4 stars because it seems stable, but worry about the strength of the bed overall. Also, the stairs are not reversible (unless you're handy enough with tools). All holes are pre-drilled on one side of the bed for the stairs. The boards for the stairs can get caught while moving the bed on carpet, so be careful if you do. Could possible strip the screws from the boards. It's also difficult to reach onto the top bunk, say, if you're trying to tuck your kid in or put a sheet on the mattress. I'm 6' 2” and still have difficulty. Finally, seems a bit overpriced as well. Overall happy with the purchase and meets our needs.

it's looks really nice and provides a lot of space saving. the stairs are wider spaced than anticipated but my 5 year old can manage

At the outset the order was declined because of the card not being activated. After activating the card I tried to change the place of delivery. This effort was never acted upon or was overlooked. In all likelihood this confusion could have been caused by too many people being involved in the process. This was not your best showing!
