atlas med bamboo gloves

My son bought these for me a couple years ago. They quickly proved to be the best gardening gloves I've ever had. They are sturdy, comfortable and provide great protection against prickly weeds and plants. No pain, no damage to fingernails. My daughter also loves them, so I bought this pair for her. Be sure to get this brand. Others don't match up.

I've only had the gloves for a week, but they seem to be what I need. Thick enough so that they won't be easily torn, but not so much so that they are encumbering. Also, they have a good texture on the working side of the gloves for a good grip. I'm a medium/tall woman with slightly small hands. Although the gloves are probably unisex (I didn't see a men's/women's designation), the medium size gloves fit me just fine and the finger length is also okay. I'm very happy with them so far and will more than likely buy the same ones again.

I really like these gloves and will use them when I'm hacking bushes. I can't use them for anything requiring precision because they are too big. I ordered a medium, and they're too long in the fingers...perhaps sized more for men than women.
