Really good
It helps me out a lot with my back. I have arthist in lower part. I had back surgery in 90. Solocious curve of the back with rods. It helps me out so much an release the pain. Loosen up the tight muscles

So relaxing
This is so relaxing to have after a long, stressful day. The heat setting is just right and it's not uncomfortable to lay on. Easy to use on any chair/couch/bed.

Belmint Full Body Massage Mat - Good but short
It works very well, but unless you are short, the vibrations spots are not as depicted. I am 5'7" and if I put the top vibration point on my neck/top of back, the lowest one was nearly at my knees.

The plastic vibrating nodes are just too hard and uncomfortable to lay on.

Not worth it
Have had this for less than a month. Granted i use this every day BUT now the massage part for the neck area barely works. I think i’ll find a differnt brand

No padding
This was great for 6 months. Now I can feel the massage bumps through the material. Oh and the heat is a joke. If you don’t mind replacing it after 6 months it is ok.

Glorified Heating Mat
An awful waste. I've had positive experiences with this company, but this is a glorified heating mat. It doesn't massage, it vibrates and at the most ridiculous points. They don't match up with what the controller says
