Belmint Shiatsu Back and Neck Massager with Heat and Deep Kneading Massage for Neck, Back and Shoulder

It works really well! I suffer with lower back pain and i like that it sits comfortably behind my back while i sit on the couch. The heat option is wonderful too. I can easily move it to my upper back, if needed. It lives up to my expectations for a back and neck massager! :)

I bought this for my husband for Christmas but of course I tried it out first. It is very easy to use, just plug it in lay it behind your neck and turn it on. There are arm holes so you are able to adjust and move to wherever you need to have it and also apply harder pressure in trouble spots. I really enjoyed being able to change the direction of the messaging balls rotation as well as speed and warmth. I do wish there had been a remote to control it.

I am a Male, 72, and live alone, with no one to give me the coveted Back and Sholder rub. I have tried several different vibrating and massaging devices and none had compared to this wonderful Belmint Shiatsu Massager with heat. It feels like large hands digging in with thumbs to relieve my tired old muscles. I could not believe how good it felt. It is very powerful and I found that using it on the lower setting and with light to no pressure produced the best results for me. This device will massage as hard as you want or as light as you like. I have used it on my Neck, Shoulders, Back, and, with difficulty, on my Legs. For the low price this is the Best value.

Amazing!! Im used to getting real massages regularly but this item is wonderful and really feels like human hands are giving you a massage. The heat mode is not very strong tho. It is very comfortable as well. Love it!!

This think work amazingly!! The only issue I've had is that it makes an awful squealing noise to the point that I can't relax but otherwise it does the job and gets all knots out. Worth the money even with the noise

Works great.. for about a week or two. Bought for my mom for Christmas and she called me to tell me she loved it every night for a few days. Went over to visit her today and she told me it stopped working and when she unzipped it the band inside was broken and the massage balls were now rubbing the foam interior raw.. it was a complete mess and now is completely worthless.

horrible product...stops working in 2 to 3 months..some issue with wiring..does not work when connected to plug point . i have to keep the wires in certain way tolet this thing work . poor craftsmanship. they juat put a leather over the body of machine with padding inside..not good construction

the first massager they shipped to me is borken one, even plug in, it doesn't works. I returned it, and they shipped me another one , it work pretty well at first, but it stop working now, so , basically, this product can only works like 2-3 times, and it will break automatiically. very bad experience. This product's life is basically from Jun 30 to now, ridiculous.

Dead after 7 months and Belmint's warranty requires you to ship the item back at your own expense which would account for almost half of the price paid for the product. Too much hassle. If their really stand by their product, it's time to update the warranty policy to cover all shipping cost.
