I was looking for a faucet to replace my Kraus faucet because the lime and calcium really ate at it after 4 years. I ordered this and it arrived well packaged. I found the new one to be much heavier and much more durable (for now). It was very easy to install; you just see where all the new parts go when you remove the old faucet. The water flow or water pressure is actually heavier than my previous faucet, which is a nice change. I really love this and hope it outlasts my previous faucet!

Bought off another site. VERY nice faucet, but terrible instructions. It comes with waterfeed lines but they aren't connected to the faucet. To get the water feed hoses on to the faucet, follow this you. .. tube video "How to Replace Anti Twist Flexible Hoses Basin Mixer".. You'll be happy you bought this faucet.

excellent quality for price and simple installation . Flow is commensurate to water pressure which is very strong in bathroom with hot and cold water accurately dispensed.

It looks modern and upscale. Works very well.

Let's start with instructions, there are none. I have no idea if this is even going to work. The feed lines go way up inside the faucet but no way to ensure they are tight and no way to get any type of tool inside to ensure a good tight seal. It doesn't look like there is anyway to replace the areator if it was to get clogged. It does look nice but from what I am seeing it is a disaster. I'll try it and update the review but I'm almost afraid to even try to install it. It is solid and heavy but until I get it installed there is no way to tell. I'm ready to return it and purchase a brand that will at least give a decent set of instructions.

Even with UTUBE help which was little, this was extremely difficult to hook up water hoses to the faucet, Loved the look of the faucet but installation was ridiculous. Returning for refund.
