This is a high quality product. The instructions are easy and few. The fasteners are excellent just finger tight, then use a 5/8 wrench to tighten it up until the plastic piece shears off. It takes the guess work out of how tight to make it.

good quality
this one seems to be durable loving it so far as to my last one ripped after a few months but I bought it at home depot. then I recent bought the clorox one at walmart but didnt even put it on because it bent so I returned it. lets see how long this one will last and not rip

quality better than others we tried
This seat was a perfect color match, easy to install, comfortable and is holding up well as we bought it a while ago. I should have bought this first rather than try cheaper options.

Secure Installation
The installation seemed a bit tricky. I had to get a wrench to tighten the bolt, and there wasn't a lot of room between my toilet and the sink cabinet. But it was doable. It is now very secure and doesn't shift around. The padding is firm yet comfortable.

its not as thick and cushiony as my old one. it was much cheaper than my old one and now I k now why. you should spend more money to find one like the one I purchased at BB%26B.

This toilet seat had a hairline cut in the seat, which i discovered, of course, AFTER installation! It's very comfortable; however, it will last about as long as it will take me to order a new toilet seat. total was4of money and eff6. don't waste your money!

Disappointed that it arrived damaged
I was very disappointed to have received a toilet seat that was damaged upon arrival. It was torn and ripped. I read that in the reviews from other customers and I was hoping for the best. I was wrong. I purchased a similar padded toilet seat at another big box store with no issues.
