As far as fiber concentration concerned, each Benefiber caplet contains a full gram of dietary fiber, whereas the psyllium capsules contains a little less than half a gram per capsule.

I normally take 3 caplets per meal (I eat 3 times) and I feel like it is helping me to digest foods. But 3 caplets per meal seems like to much for me, I know most other fiber capsules are like that as well. I haven't noticed any side effects, which is really good. To be honest, I was expecting more change in my gut health but maybe I should use for a long time? But overall it is helping, if you don't have a huge problem, you can give a try!

That's going to be quite a feat because I could barely get the pills down my throat. I am considered a pill experts, and it took me so many times to get this down I thought about dissolving it in a hot tea instead. Not to mention the bottle says gluten free and the main ingredient is wheat dextrin.
