Ingredients seem to work as described. No side effects and great quality. Great size package for the price. No niacin flush and improved energy. Folic acid hasn't bothered me. I would recommend this product. I did get approval from my doctor. No bad taste. Very potent. Unsure about effect on my nervous system or metabolism yet.

the quality, ingredients, size, taste, and packaging are good. I cut the dose in half because I believe it's too high of a dose and was experiencing side effects. I stopped drinking coffee and think this product give me enough energy and increase my metabolism.

This contains folic acid and I was not aware until I used it and had side effects. I was really excited that it had methylated b12 and didn't notice the folic acid. Please use caution if you cannot take folic acid.
