Beng-Beng 20000mah Double USB Ultra Thin Portable Power Bank for Mobile Cell iPhone

Item should have the power to charge your cell phone, but it takes entirely too long. It charged my phone 3 percent in an hours time. You get what you pay for. It may keep your device from powering off completely. That in itself may help but still not good enough.

Very slim, compact, and portable, but doesn't hold as much battery power as i would have liked. Even at full capacity, my phone nearly drained it when recharged from 40 per cent. I presume if the phone was smaller and the battery were not so large (motorola droid maxx) it would last longer. But it is a good product.

I received this product quickly and I like the fact that it's so thin but it is not a very quality product. The face of the console already started coming off right out of the box. And it it's confusing on how it charges. It seems like I have to plug it in, get the lights to come on, then it will charge. It charges fairly quickly but no way it's 20000 Mah like advertised. I've had alot of chargers and a 15000 is a pretty heavy, thick charger.

Should have know it was too good to be true. It charged my galaxy from 15%-74% and took about 2 hours to do that and it was plugged into the 2.1 amp outlet with my fast charging cord from samsung. Definitely not 20,000 mah. More like maybe 2,500 mah. DO NOT BUY

I call the company the same day I received the item to tell them the product was defective. Offer to send back because product don't do me no good to have. Guy ask do I want the money or new product, I said money it was supposed yo take 24 to 72 hours and that was a over a week ago. Called to times since and get a line is busy. Definitely would not recommended this company to anyone.

Ordered this product looking at the sleek model . Was very happy to see the product delivered as per the timelines. Once we started using this then realised that is is not up to the mark/performance was not satisfied. we use iPhone and whenever we try to charge the phone it won't charge completely and power bank drains out.... we fully charged power bank again and tried but, same result... we have ordered one more power bank... will see it is good with performance,

This Power Bank looks nice and the flashlight is a nice feature. However this is now way that this is 20000 Mah, it would barely charge my Samsung Galaxy 1 time, this is closer to 4000-5000 mah, Wal-Mart should quit carrying this item or make the advertising match the product, i was highly dissapointed.

Arrived, pretty colors, charged fpr 24 hrs. Plugged in my phone with 25 % left. 3 hours later my phone was down to 5 % It drained the battery on my phone. Have tried several times... no luck No instructions, and someone pealed off the lable and found it was 14000 mAp instead of 20000 as advertised

This item is one of the worst things I have ever purchased. It arrived in a thin plastic bag with no padding and was crushed on one end with the end plate off. But the worst part is this is not a 20000mah battery by any means as it will hardly charge anything before losing its charge. There are no instructions as what the push button does nor what the four lights indicate when the button is pressed. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

Sounds good but doesn't deliver. Advertised as 20000 mah but it didn't last as long as my husband's 12000 and after 1 month of use it doesn't take a charge anymore. Don't waste your money on this like I did.
