WORKS. Nothing works as fast as you want it to, especially depending on how bad the infestation is. Mine was kinda bad (not to mention I have 6 cats.) And you have to do your part by getting rid of trash and clutter, especially cardboard and paper. I sprayed every week for a couple of months. They also have a straw that fits right in to the spray nozzle which makes it easy to get in the cracks and baseboards, behind dressers and such. Then every two weeks for a while. Yes it's expensive, but it's cheaper than Professionals. AND IT WORKS!! Now I spray every two or three months. (I also used Raid when needed) But I'm a lot more at ease in my home now. THANKS BENGAL!
Thirty years ago, I began spraying Bengal every 4-6 months to prevent fiddlebacks. Then I moved to the side of a hill where I was inundated by scorpions. Bengal took care of them. Now, every year, from spring to fall, hordes of vampire (kissing) bugs lay siege to my house and attempt to get to me as I sleep. So far, Bengal has stopped them all...a few just inches from the base of the bed. But, by gosh, the Chagas disease-carrying suckers were dead. No way would I waste my money on anything else. Bengal works, y'all.
I've used this product in the past. Just like my current situation, I had moved into an apartment that had a bad roach infestation. Despite being extremely clean and tidy, my neighbors weren't. Tried everything. Roaches couldn't have cared less. Someone recommended Bengal. I tried it, and never saw a roach again. The can says it keeps them out for up to 6 months, but I'm telling you, I lived there at least two years after I sprayed, and never saw a single one after the first few days after spraying. Maybe that length of time was luck. But since then, if I see a roach, I but a can of Bengal gold. It's no joke. This stuff is better than ANYTHING I've ever tried.
This bug stray works better than having a professional exterminator. It kills the flying huge roaches, ants, etc. If you are a budget and don't mind straying your house for bugs, this will save you money and take care of the problem. I stray about every 6 weeks to keep these pests away.
I'm gonna comment here cause I'm battling as well . BUY BENGAL GOLD . It has to be the GOLD. Get the bigger one . It comes with a tube for tight places like outlets and behind hard to reach spots . I had to get use to it cause the tube flys off if not connected properly. This stuff works amazingly. It has insect growth regulator and this is key. I spray once a week every week. At first they were all coming out of hiding and very annoying and everywhere. BUT THEY ARE DIEING. Now when I spray I see one or 2 . When I go to my kitchen in middle of night and flip the light on . NOTHING . It's been a month of constant spraying but let me tell you ! I went from INFESTED to almost nothing. This stuff has residual effects as well and it's a dry spray with no scent . Look into it ! I also use glue traps for monitoring and also by pets food bowls and the combat pods . I have a professional come here once a month but I believe I'm the one getting rid of the problem.
DO NOT BE DETERRED BY THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS OF THE PRODUCT; THOSE REVIEWERS LACK UNDERSTANDING OF HOW THE PRODUCT WORKS!!! IT CONTAINS A FLUSHING AGENT (SO AFTER YOU SPRAY IT, YOU WILL SEE MORE ROACHES FOR A SHORT WHILE, BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN FLUSHED OUT OF THEIR HIDING PLACES) AND NYLAR, WHICH IS AN INSECT GROWTH INHIBITOR THAT PREVENTS ROACH NYMPHS FROM GROWING TO REPRODUCTIVE AGE. THIS PRODUCT WILL ALSO KILL THEM, BUT IT IS NOT QUICK. That said, for months I had a professional pest control service spraying my house on a biweekly basis with no results. When it *finally* occurred to me that it was in that company's best interest ($$$) for me to continue to have a roach problem, I began to seek out alternatives. This product fit the bill perfectly. Now, it's not magic. You still have to clean your house, get rid of loose cardboard, and seal up any foodstuff you can't put into the fridge or freezer. Basically, follow all of the recommendations of a pest control service, but buy this product and spray all the nooks and crannies yourself.
I've been using Bengal brand spray for roaches for the last several years. I swear by this product - it works Extremely well when used in alone %26 in conjunction with bombs for infestations! 1 cockroach egg creates 40 more which grow from dot size to adults in weeks time.
I spent a little extra and decided to try this brand. Costing almost double than the other common name brands, I thought for sure it would be effective . Nope! It did nothing. It wasn't even strong enough to be a deterrent. I don't recommend this spray at all. Don't waste your money like I did.
I received the product, removed the top and the sprayer/nozzle was missing. Therefore, I was unable to use the product.
definitely would not recommend it. I have known or seen any of eliminateling German coach roaches from this insecticide Very disappointed from resuslts
