The granite was broken in several area. This is mainly due to how it was packaged. Not much protective bubble wrap on granite top. Just a real thin layer on top. Also the box wasn't marked fragile and being heavy it probably got thrown around during shipping . I was really looking forward to receiving the stand but it's not worth taking a chance to buy another unless they come up with a more protective packaging procedure.
