I retired and downsized to a condo and left my 8', 6', and 20' ladders for the previous house buyers. I decided I still needed something for the condo and this space saving version was sturdy! It is great for my use case.

Excellent ladder for the price. This ladder is for the home owner/ DIY'er, not for commercial use. I love the portability and you can store it anywhere, even in the trunk of your car! Simple to use. I highly recommend it for home use.

It takes a little getting use to, but now I like it. It feels flimsy, but it's sturdy. Expanding and contracting takes a little getting use to, but that's the trade-off of making it compact. And now I'm use to it's "quirks". Yes, I recommend it.

when I first saw this item, I wasn't sure what to think but after reading the description, i decided to buy it and I am glad that I did. This ladder is really nice. I love the fact that it easily telescopes and collapses. No other 12 foot ladder would fit in my car's little trunk. I've used the ladder at full extension and it is very secure and note that it is rated at 375 lbs which is more than conventional ladders. Price was also great, much less than any other conventional 12 foot ladder. I recommend this item.

I like the usefulness, and storage size of this product. We would like to see a better set of instructions with definite steps to get the ladder ready to use. As received, the one sheet instructions are confusing and did not help my trust in setting this item up for use. Have used this ladder indoors for attic access and outside for washing windows, rain gutter maintenance.

The distance between the rungs was perfect. I didn't have to struggle or stretch to reach the next rung. The ladder extended easily and it was even easier to let it back down. Lightweight can be carried with one hand.

It is supposed to hold 375 lb (I weight around 230 lb)but I did not feel very confident when I use it it bends a little bit but no proble it did get broke, so the pros is that it is cheap so I can not complain…

Searched for "Lippert" ladder. This came up so we bought it. Camper was in the shop all winter. By the time we tried out the ladder it was passed the return date. Only then did we realize it wasn't a Lippert. It does not fit the Lippert RV receiver. Nor can you purchase an adapter to make it compatible. Pretty dangerous to use if you can't lock it into the receiver. Also pretty dangerous when collasping. When I worked at safety-conscious companies, this would never fly. If you're not careful of hand placement when pushing the buttons to collapse the ladder, the entire height will collapse onto your fingers.

it works and it's a ladder but if you weigh over 200 lb that thing is like walking up a paper ladder

I like the how compqct the ladder is but it is very flimsy. It says it will hold over 300 lbs, but a person weighing around 200 lbs used and it began to bend. Ladder may be for a professional, but not a beginner!
